Brooklyn-based Acme Smoked Fish Corporation, a family-owned and operated producer of premium seafood specialties, has announced the launch of its Acme Smoked Whitefish Salad (Reduced Fat). This newest delicacy expands the company’s signature line of gluten-free, kosher, wild-caught fish products.

Unlike its standard counterpart, the new reduced fat alternative may be stored frozen to extend its shelf life.
Acme Smoked Whitefish Salad (Reduce Fat) will be sold in convenient 7 oz. containers through the company’s retail partners, which include supermarkets, delis, and bagel and gourmet shops nationwide.
This new recipe will also be made available in 5 lb. containers for food service applications.
A new spin on the traditional favourite, Acme’s Reduced Fat Smoked Whitefish Salad is both nutritious and delicious, offering the same great lightly smoked taste.
Patrons can now enjoy a smoked fish salad with delectable wild-caught whitefish from the great lakes with 40 percent less fat and 35 percent fewer calories than the original.

Acme’s Reduced Fat Smoked Fish Salad is kosher and gluten-free. It’s also an excellent part of a nutritious high-protein diet rich in Omega-3.

Acme’s newest whitefish salad can be enjoyed as an appetizer, as a light meal, or paired in everyday recipes, including Acme’s original Whitefish Cakes.
